Scott Allenspach

Scott has called Eastern NC home for over 15 years. His life experiences took him from New Jersey, to college in South Carolina and then settling here in Eastern NC. Scott has been in real estate for over 8 years and continues his growth in the career. Scott specializes with first time home buyers, sellers and investors. Negotiating is Scott's strong suite and he fights for his clients to get the best deal possible in a tough market. Throughout his time here, Scott knows the importance of staying active in the community and has been involved in several groups whose focus is city growth. In his early career in real estate, Scott was named 2016 Most Valuable Realtor by Greenville Pitt Association of Realtors. With success in his field and in the community, Scott was named 2018 Young Professional of the Year by the Pitt County Chamber of Commerce. He was then awarded with the Leadership Award of Excellence in 2020 in New Bern NC.
