Hi thereMy name is Scot Riddick and I am a local Realtor with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services I am a born and raised Floridian who grew up down south in Boca Raton and Pompano Beach Florida then decided to move up to Orlando for education Once I obtained my business degree I was still unsure what I wanted to do and it wasnt until I tried to move up in an aviation company I worked for that had a properties side of the company Once they told me to look into real estate more I immediately knew this was the business for me simply because I love helping people out and I have always been fascinated by all different types of architectureI have worked in customer service for over 5 years so I have become a pro at predicting my clients needs as well as handling multiple needs at once Also as a kid my favorite game was The Sims and what I would do when I used to play is just create different kinds of homes and try to make each one uniqueAll my life I have been an animal lover so I always try to help out friends and family by dog sitting Or Ill go to the animal shelter to give love to the abandoned dogs and cats Another thing I am extremely passionate about is health I love making new tasty recipes and going to the gym to workout whenever I have the chance If its nice out I really enjoy spending the day outside whether its riding bikes playing sports or walking dogsI am also a huge music geek I listen to almost every genre and I like to play older songs because there was so much good music that is still catchy today I used to play piano and guitar as a kid and I would like to get back into playing when I get more time soonI had to review all of the tools and systems of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services and other brands myself to find the company that would provide me the best opportunity to service my customers and give me the best chance of success I found that the customers who do business with BHHS come to us not for a gimmick or lower fee but because they understand the reputation of our company Not only in the real estate world but in the business world as well Buying and selling real estate is based on the cooperation of highly trained real estate professionals working toward a common goal togetherIn the real estate business there is a lot of work that needs to be done when buying selling or investing property If you are going to be doing any one of these soon Id love to assist during the process to ensure that you feel protected and are fully satisfied Feel free to reach out even if you just have questions or concerns
