I have used many realtors, and I can say unequivocally that Savannah is the best.The market for a high end home like ours is very thin, but Savannah kept potential buyers coming. She took care of staging the home and spent much of her time doing open houses. She was very meticulous in making sure that the home was secure after showings, inspections, etc, and was always there herself to make sure everything was done right. As we were selling an unoccupied home, Savannah notified us of issues that needed attention and helped us take care of many. She is absolutely amazing; she had unwavering confidence that she could find a buyer and she did! We love Savannah and would ask her to be our realtor again without a second thought!
