Savannah is the best!!! She brings knowledge, professionalism, enthusiasm and dedication to sell a home. Our experience was outstanding! I have used many realtors, and I can say unequivocally that Savannah is the best.The market for a high end home like ours is very thin, but Savannah kept potential buyers coming. She took care of staging the home and spent much of her time doing open houses. She was very meticulous in making sure that the home was secure after showings, inspections, etc, and was always there herself to make sure everything was done right. As we were selling an unoccupied home, Savannah notified us of issues that needed attention and helped us take care of many. She is absolutely amazing; she had unwavering confidence that she could find a buyer and she did! We love Savannah and would ask her to be our realtor again without a second thought! She is a true professional, with dedication and a real work ethic. Thank you Savannah!!!!

We recently bought our first home with Savannah's help. We were reluctant to begin the process with such little knowledge but Savannah really stepped up and put us at ease. She was detail oriented, thorough, patient, and super quick to respond 24/7. She also really went to bat for us when it came to negotiations and made sure we were protected and had every piece of information we needed to make decisions that we felt comfortable with. She also provided us with many of her contacts (painter, handyman, electrician, roofer, etc.) to help us get started with our fixer upper! Thank you for getting us into our first home!

I had my house on the market for 5 months and it did not sell within that time frame. I received a call from Savanna Gangsei and she said I see you took your home off the market so did you decide not to sell? I said some how my home did not sell but I think I still would like to sell it. Savanna came to visit me and made several suggestions to me to prepare my home for selling. I took her suggestions and listed my home with her and within a week I had a full offer and the deal was done. Savanna is amazing ...very professional and efficient and I would totally recommend her to become your realtor if you are serious about selling your home and having a great experience.
