We had the absolute pleasure of working with Savannah Ellison when we relocated from NJ to FL 3 years ago and again with our first home purchase last week. Honest, sharp and willing to fight for every inch, Savannah was a tremendous advocate for our family in both instances. Most recently, she guided us through the home buying process from start to finish - answering our every question with detail and providing the unvarnished truth along the way. We really appreciated how much she listened. She took our feedback from each home we toured and would use it as a reference towards any future homes she suggested. When we decided to explore a quick move-in home through a builder, she took her time to coach us up on what to look for and what to expect, as this was all new to us. Upon deciding on a homesite, Savannah was our champion - working tirelessly on our behalf on price, upgrades, close date and battling against all of the little pitfalls that come with building/buying a new home. To put it mildly, purchasing a home and moving are very stressful. However, Savannah did an amazing job of making sure that NONE of that came from the realtor position. Savannah got us into our first rental home in Florida back in 2022, without us having even met. We then referred her to both my parents and my sister, who all relocated to FL in the months that followed - all of whom absolutely loved their experience with her as well. We're almost sad this home buying process is over, as we'll miss our near-daily interactions with Savannah. She was truly amazing and a pro. We'll gladly recommend her to anyone in the market. If we could give her 10 stars, we would.

Living all the way in California and searching for a home in FL couldn't have been easier with Savannah!
