Sasha Childs

Sasha began her career in real estate in 2010 when she began personally flipping and investing in real estate. She started selling real estate in 2014. While she thought it was the love of houses that inspired her most, it was really her love of people that has led her to real estate as a full time career. Assisting clients with buying or selling a home is really about helping them transition to a new phase of life, and Sasha excels in being a strong guide and advocate. She's found that her background in counseling serves her well in educating and counseling buyers and sellers about all of their options and helping them navigate the real estate process. Sasha became a Licensed Real Estate Broker in 2018. Prior to real estate, Sasha earned her masters degree from Northwest Nazarene University in mental health counseling and immediately began establishing a counseling agency in McCall that expanded to 6 additional under served areas of Idaho. Sasha's passion has always been working with people and helping them accomplish their goals. Real estate allows her to combine her passion for people with her love and knowledge of homes. Sasha has renovated 7 properties with her husband since 2010 and enjoys the process of looking beyond the current condition of a property and envisioning what the home could become. Sasha specializes in second home/vacation properties, first time home buyers, investment properties, vacant land and renovation project properties. Sasha feels fortunate to have been able to call herself an Idahoan for over 12 years. McCall is a special place that she loves calling home. When she isn't working, you would likely find Sasha skiing, boating, hiking or just enjoying the beauty of McCall with her husband and son.
