The lot was unbuildable but would be valuable to someone who needed land and could utilize it for recreational or other uses. Jon did his best to advertise this parcel of land and bring potential buyers to view the property, even though it was not the most lucrative of properties for him to sell. He would always communicate with us as to who was interested in the property and the status of a potential sale, and was always responsive to emails. He got a difficult parcel of property sold. We were happy to work with him. He was always professional and I must comment on his communication skills and responsiveness. This was not an easy property to sell, yet he was able to help get it sold. We were very appreciative of his expertise.
