First time homebuyer HIGHLY RECCOMEND SARAH!! we went through another realator PRIOR and was almost impossible to get ahold of and would try to send us homes put of our price range worth none at all. Then we found Sarah was PHENOMENAL! She helped us with information we didn't know she didn't try to upsell she genuinely cares for her clients ! She spends her time searching for homes you can afford and goes ABOVE AND BEYOND for her clients. She's so sweet and will put you first. She always reaches out to her clients you won't have to wait for responses. Shes on it! Will be using her for future purchases and sales. She knows what she's doing and is GREAT at her job. Never met s realator like her. Would HIGHLY recommend Sarah for a realator will be telling family and friends to use her. If you are looking for a relator who genuinely cares about putting you and your family in the right home that you can afford, I HIGHLY recommend Sarah Bozue-Toso. As a newly divorced mother of two, I had no idea where to even begin or if it was possible for me to purchase my own home. I was very fortunate to have found Sarah. She explained everything to me from start to finish, helped me find a lender who worked with and guided me through the entire process, a good inspector and recommended a great attorney for the closing. When looking for the right home, Sarah helped me find only the ones that would work us and inspected them herself at every visit. Sarah would check every inch of every room and at one point, I even caught her pulling out the furnace filter and looking behind the water heater while in her high heels with a flashlight. She was so attentive my every question and need. When we found the perfect home for us, Sarah surprised us by decorating my girls "secret hideout" in their new house and they LOVED it. Never once during the process did I feel lost. I was in good hands with Sarah and truly felt like I couldnt have done this without her guidance. We have been in our home for almost a year and the house everything we couldve asked for. From time to time, Sarah calls or texts to check in on us, the house and sometimes I find little treats on our front porch for us. A home purchase can be exciting, challenging and frustrating but Sarah made this process so easy. She took the time to show us multiple homes on such short notice and always was looking out for the best interest of us.
