We learned about Sarah from a family referral. She helped us out with a real estate issue we were having a full year before we decided to sell. Sarah is a lovely soul who is very, very skilled. More than hearing my wife and I, she listened. We initially had one idea of what we wanted, but by the end of our first day (which was a Friday), Sarah listened to us and figured out what we thought we wanted was not, in fact, what we wanted. She gently suggested that we try a particular home. In time, we got the house that we wanted for less than we probably would have originally agreed to. This was in large part due to Sarahs attentiveness and commitment to helping us. Moreover, her commitment and service to us has not ended with the sale. Since we are new to the area, Sarah continues to help us with contractor referrals and helping us transition to an exciting new community.
