When I say that Sarah went above and beyond for us, I mean it. There truly aren't words for what she did for us. After a week or so in our new home, I cannot recommend Sarah Mulford Martin enough! As very picky home buyers, Sarah was patient and very communicative. She made time for us to interview her in the beginning and immediately jumped on the search when we decided we wanted to go with her. She went above and beyond in helping us find our dream home, and spent multiple weekends dedicated to showing us around different properties. Bonus, she pointed out so many different food spots, state parks, and other fun things to look forward to while exploring our new area. When we hit our wall of being discouraged, she was a light and reminded us of why she would not let us settle...we are forever grateful for that! When we found our perfect fit, she was very professional with the offer, and I believe was the key reason the buying process went so smoothly. We were in our house within a month of the offer being accepted and truly had no big hiccups. If you are searching for a realtor, please do yourself a favor and at least grab a coffee with Sarah to ask her all the questions...you won't regret it!
