Sarah was originally the sellers agent on a vacant lot my wife and I purchased about 4 years ago. When we decided to sell the lot last year, we hired her. I was really impressed with her patience and communication through the course of half a dozen offers and 3 contracts. We also used her recommended title company and surveyor with similar positive results. The listing had 20+ street and drone pictures with labeled property lines and a very accurate description of the property.
