James and I had a list of Colorado properties we found online when we contacted Sarah. Several of the other listing agents were helpful and friendly but in a day she had gone out of her way to make an interactive map with written directions to each property. It was a route that obviously took time, effort and knowledge of the area allowing us to view all of the lots in one afternoon. Sarah did this for us after one inquiry message and not having any idea if we were serious buyers. We found the perfect place for us and knew we wanted the benefit of Sarahs knowledge and experience to represent us.
