The first house she showed me, I was impressed at her turning on her flashlight in the basement and pointing out signs of foundation damage. She seemed very knowledgeable about what was normal wear and tear and what could indicate more serious issues and would always draw my attention to potential problems. I was also pleased with her responsiveness, and her ability to find information was flat out impressive. We were trying to track down a small contractor who had worked on the house were buying, and she had his info within minutes. Overall Sarah is a really lovely and knowledgeable person, and I'd recommend her to anyone else looking to buy a house.
