Sarah is a gem! She is a Bluff Park native and has a lot of knowledge of the Birmingham area. Sarah could not have been more helpful and patient during this entire process. She was honest throughout and I truly believe she was doing the best thing for me; something you can't say about all agents. She promptly answered any question I had, and there were many. Every recommendation - from Mortgage Loan Officer, Home Insurance, Inspectors, etc. all were top notch. Me being a first time home buyer I was clueless on what I needed to do to get to the finish line, but Sarah made it incredibly easy. I would HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Sarah as a Real Estate Professional. Also, one of the best things is that she will not abandon you once the ink dries on the closing documents.
