I can not thank Chad enough! He was amazing from the minute I started my home search and continues to be even after closing! I found a house I loved at 3:30pm on a Thursday, by 6pm we were at the property for a showing. The property was exactly what I was looking for and Chad helped me craft my offer and ultimately beat out 6 other offers! We closed in less then 15 days and he was on top of it at every step! He kept me updated through inspection, walk throughs, documents needed to be signed. Even has reminders for me set up for future events like applying for Homestead Tax Credit. I can not thank him enough and I HIGHLY recommend him. He is so positive and enjoyable to work with! Having someone like Chad in your corner makes a daunting process an absolute breeze!
