Being the daughter of a military family, she has lived and moved around the country, but has spent the most time in San Diego, California. Sarah's real estate career began without her knowing it when she became a military spouse. As part of their PCS moves, she gained valuable experience during the twelve moves she made of which she personally bought and sold nine homes. Her drive towards making home buying and selling a streamlined process lead her to become a Military Relocation Specialists. Sarah is consistently ranked in the top 5% of Maryland realtors. I can not thank Chad enough! He was amazing from the minute I started my home search and continues to be even after closing! I found a house I loved at 3:30pm on a Thursday, by 6pm we were at the property for a showing. The property was exactly what I was looking for and Chad helped me craft my offer and ultimately beat out 6 other offers! We closed in less then 15 days and he was on top of it at every step! He kept me updated through inspection, walk throughs, documents needed to be signed. Even has reminders for me set up for future events like applying for Homestead Tax Credit. I can not thank him enough and I HIGHLY recommend him. He is so positive and enjoyable to work with! Having someone like Chad in your corner makes a daunting process an absolute breeze!
