After working with another real estate agent on my first two houses, I was looking for someone a bit more proactive, straight forward and organized - Sarah was all of those. She was able to get info on the house I was wanted to buy asap ahead of other agents and buyers, scheduled the first showing the day it went up and help me put in a strong offer that ended up sealing the deal. Throughout the process she helped move the deal along when the bank was being difficult and ultimately made this the most smooth and best experience I've had buying a house.
