After working with another real estate agent on my first two houses, I was looking for someone a bit more proactive, straight forward and organized - Sarah was all of those. She was able to get info on the house I was wanted to buy asap ahead of other agents and buyers, scheduled the first showing the day it went up and help me put in a strong offer that ended up sealing the deal.
