A great eye for the little details. Also can help you find people for any given task, her experience shows when it comes to just the connections and over all experience. Was very patient with us in finding a home and even worked some late hours to make sure we got what we needed. Never tried to sell us on anything, was honestly just trying to make sure we got the best for what we can afford. Can't recommend her enough!

I had a lot of specifics including the need to sell before buying. Due to the quick turn-around of available properties, it wasn't a good time for me to buy with contingency. Therefore, I made the decision to sell, rent for a time, and wait it out for my specifics to become available. From the time I made my decision to list with Sarah, she attended to every detail from finding the right wording to describe my home of 17 years, hiring the right young man to do the pictures (they were amazing), and to follow a successful plan of listing, realtor notification, then going live with my listing. I had a vacation planned as my listing went live yet I had the utmost confidence that Sarah would be in contact with me and after a successful weekend of multiple showings and several offers, Sarah called me with the details and we were able to follow through with a transaction to accept the right offer. The closing process was seamless, again due to Sarah's attention to detail and regular communication.
