Sarah Brogdon

Affiliate Broker Specialties: Buyer's Agent, Listing Agent, Relocation, Staging Owner and Realtor | A Chattanooga area native, Sarah grew up on Signal Mountain. She holds an undergraduate degree from Roanoke College, and a masters degree from Virginia Tech. Sarah worked as a broker in the recycled paper industry before pursuing real estate full-time in 2010. She enjoys growing professionally, and in addition to numerous specialized certifications, has obtained her Georgia real estate license, a managing brokers license in Tennessee, as well as a General Contractor's license for residential construction. Sarah not only chooses to make Chattanooga home for her family, but is also an investor in the local market herself, and enjoys working with other investors, developers and builders. She currently resides in Riverview with her two sons, Beau and Buz, along with two demanding dogs, Bacon & Biscuit. Sarah enjoys yoga, mountain biking, climbing, and spending time outdoors with her family in the beautiful Tennessee valley and surrounding mountains.
