ZillowVERIFIEDSara was outrageously patient as my wife and I searched for our first house. We spent time looking in Ft. Mitchell, Edgewood, Crescent Springs, Lakeside Park, Villa Hills, Ft. Wright, Park Hills, Covington, Southgate, and, finally, Newport before finding our house. Over an eight month period we walked through upwards of 100 homes, made offers on 3, sat under contract on a short sale for months, and finally ended up with a terrific first house in Newport. Throughout it all Sara's expertise, patience, and understanding of our needs made the experience altogether terrific. She constantly worked with our schedules to cram in showings between my work trips and got us into every FSBO that I dug up from the internet. She has a keen eye for possible mechanical and structural issues, and offers great ideas on remodeling potential.
