I was thoroughly impressed with Libby from the moment she scheduled our first buyer zoom call. She spent an hour going over our needs and made sure we were made aware of different things that can affect us both positively or negatively such as flood zones. She has superb knowledge about houses. When we would walk into houses, she easily identified flaws so that we can use it in our offer strategy. She kept me level headed through out the transaction. She responds promptly and solves problems quickly. She stays on top of what needs to get done and anticipates next steps before they even happen. Best of all, she was patient with us and never seemed annoyed by us. Her bubbly personality and positive mindset is refreshing during what can be stressful period of time.
