She is extremely detail oriented and has a lot of knowledge about Milwaukee and its surrounding areas & counties (Waukesha, Washington, Racine, etc.). Also, Sara always has a very good photographer which really helps highlight the home and ultimately aids in selling the home. In addition, she gives good feedback on what can be done to maximize both the probability of a home selling as well as how to capture the most value for the home. Every time we worked with her our houses sold significantly faster than we had anticipated and we managed to extract more value than we had planned. For all the reasons above, if I were selling or buying another home in Wisconsin I would not go to anyone other than Sara.
