Sara was very prompt in returning my calls and always knew the answer to all my questions. I felt the house was not going to sell because it was lake front and could only attract a special type of buyer seeing it was more or less a second home with a half a million dollar asking price, but Sara re assured me that she would find a buyer, I had my doubts, but she did end up finding a buyer and we were very grateful to Sara, a true real estate professional.
