Sara is nothing short of amazing!!! She had her team stag our house and line everything up. We got bids the first showing and sold it for over asking in under a week. Sara is a fantastic realtor and was amazing throughout the purchase of our first home. She managed to schedule showings at 9 homes in a single day and was knowledgable about every home. She had printouts for each home and knew all the little details that we would not have thought to ask. Once we found the home we wanted, Sara negotiated with the seller to meet all our desires and needs. She was also very helpful in helping to coordinate our loan and closing of escrow, as this process can be quite complicated, especially for first time home buyersShe is professional, easy to communicate with, and always responds right away when we had any questions. I can't speak highly enough of our experience with Sara Alavi.
