Santo is an exceptional real estate agent. Ive worked with him on multiple purchases and he will be the only real estate agent that I work with moving forward. The best thing about Santo is as he learns you and what you like, he will tell you honestly if he believes that the property is right for you, I love that he points out all the things that he believes to be areas of opportunity with the home so that through negotiations, you can get the best deal. Very responsive communication and his network is vast. Santos has been a God sent. Husband and I are both two millennials with a limited budget. Santos himself was able to find us the most beautiful house with the walls still attached!! That in itself is amazing in this market!! We loved Santos for his full transparency throughout our process. Santos is very knowledgeable about todays market. We also genuinely had alot of fun looking through the houses, he brings characters to each viewing and more importantly a detailed eye for imperfections to point out the icks of the house and the positives.. We found this helpful as first time home buyers, we definitely needed the guidance. Husband and I are also thankful for Santos fast approach and flexibility timing for scheduling viewing. I personally feel Santos stands out over the others just on his direct approach. He is a straight shooter, no bs. You definitely want him on your team.
