Sandy Raines

Founder and CEO of The Raines Group, Sandy graduated with a Bachelor's of Science degree from Michigan State University where she was also captain of the gymnastics team. She subsequently taught high school while coaching basketball, gymnastics, and track. After a career with Delta Airlines Sandy joined her mother's successful real estate brokerage in Michigan. Over the next 15 years, she was the company's #1 agent and V.P. of training. In 1998, Sandy moved to Columbus, Ohio, to marry her husband, Ron Cadieux, an executive at The Limited. In Columbus, Sandy started her Real Estate practice from the ground up. After a few short years The Raines Group was the top Real Estate team in Ohio in sales volume.

Drawing on her coaching background, Sandy has applied her team-building experience to The Raines Group, emphasizing a synergistic approach to working with clients. Sandy has spoken at the National Association of Realtors on Marketing and Selling Luxury Homes; was a founding member and on the Board of the Institute for Luxury Marketing; and was awarded the "Best Overall Marketing" for North America at the Luxury Conclave sponsored by the Wall Street Journal.

Sandy and Ron live in Central Ohio with their dog Angel. Their daughter, Laura, a graduate of the University of Michigan, now works for Google in Chicago. Their son, Nathan, graduated from The Ohio State University this year and has taken a position with Amnet, a Digital Advertising Company in Fort Worth, Texas. Ron and Sandy spend their spare time exploring the four corners of the world and experiencing the joys of everyday life with family and friends.
