    Was nice and attentive at first. Once the process got going, she was very hard to get a hold of. Didn't answer her phone, texts, or emails. My son had a hard time getting the keys to the property once moved down there. Nice lady but needs to work on her response times with individuals she is working for or with.

    Michael was very knowledgeable about the local market and value w e should place on the property. Prior to signing the contract with him, we had an offer on the house and I asked him to handle the sales process. He constantly kept me appraised of where we were in the process and answered all my questions. I would strongly recommend Michael and his wife to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the area.
