I have worked with Gabrielle for over a year. Her approach to my home has been very professional throughout the entire period. 1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
The faster you start owning a home the faster you will gain wealth and get out of debt. Jump in before you are completely priced out.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Use a Realtor that is a Top Listing Agent and knows how to actually market your home, not just list it. Any agent can list it, but only a true marketer knows how to market your home to attract interest and attention. Not all Realtors are equal.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
All types! Sellers, Buyers, Relocation, Foreclosures, Short Sales, Probate, Land, Small Businesses, Investors, Multi-Family units, and so much more...
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I am fond of almost all my transactions. Even the ones that didn't go very smooth are good learning lessons. I cherish all my clients and try to stay in touch over the years.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I bought my first condo when I was 21 years old with nothing down and no job. It was the best investment decision of my life! I eventually bought more investment properties and built equity through real estate which eventually led me to obtain my license.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
The best training is real life experience. No amount of class room training will provide what real experience provides. With over 600 transactions under my belt and a host of positions in organized real estate I have far more knowledge of this industry than 99% of the agents out there. As a Broker/Owner/Manager I have seen a lot in this business. Of course I attend a ton of training every year but experience will outperform any class or certificate on the wall.
