With Jesse, we got our first offer in a month, a very good offer in two months, sold in less than three. Jesse is knowledgeable about our local 33708 market, helping us re-list our home at a better price. He did almost weekly weekend open houses. She communicated with us regularly and well, providing us with specific info on each open house and showing. Our area had two hurricanes around when we listed, and while our property stayed dry and undamaged, we suspected the hurricanes could deter some buyers from a property so close to the Gulf. Plus, we live in a gated community which could make it harder for buyers to drive by our home. Jesse kept telling us that issues noted by a prior agent wouldnt prevent him from selling us, and he was proven right. His confidence isnt just a sales trick or bluster. Hes rightfully confident.
