About Sandy Galyon
I started my real estate career 33 years ago. I have worked with 2 different companies in my career. I have been married for 43 years in September to my husband Joey. We are blessed with 2 sons, Tyler (39) and Cody (33). We have 4 wonderful grandchildren. Landon, Easton, Harper and Watson. We have a very spoiled Labrador "Boomer". I have lived in the Seymour area for 43 years. But my real estate market is basically anywhere my client would like to buy or sell a home. I am excited about TN Real Estate and Auction, we are very active in the community with fundraising for our community fire department. We do an annual Easter egg drop for the community and we are usually in 2 Christmas parades. I love working with everyone at our office and we feel like a family. I have had a very good real estate career and I hope to be in the real estate market fora few more years before I retire to spend time with my husband traveling and enjoy our family.

My fondest transactions are first time home buyers- They are so anxious and I always want to be there for them. To teach them about the home buying process and making them feel comfortable with their new home.
I got into Real Estate after I had my second child. I wanted a flexible schedule so I could be home more with my children.
Of course, I did go to Real Estate schools and I have taken all the classes. I have my Brokers licenses and the education for your Broker license is intense. I feel every day I am listing, selling or meeting buyers for the first time I am learning something different. Real Estate is a changing every day and there is always something new to learn.
