Followed up repeatedly over the next several days asking for updates, but we were completely unable to get a response from Sandra or her staff. Finally after 7 days of inquiring, her assistant called us back even though we requested to speak with Sandra directly because we had to move on and enter a lease agreement on a different property. Her team refused to refund us our money and after all was said and done, we were out $70 and completely wasted our time. We were told one of her assistants quit without notice, but a simple one minute phone call to us would have made a huge difference. On day 7, we were told that our application was approved, but again, it was too late and with the market the way it is, who can wait that long? Really disappointed with the lack of customer service and communication. I see other reviews on here warning of similar issues when it comes to her management of rentals, or lack thereof. Even though we asked to speak with her directly, she just had her assistant call us. Very impersonal.
