Sandra Sutton looked at a few homes with me and my husband. We were hesitant to sign an agency agreement with Sandra because she was very demanding and wanted us to make a long term agreement. Considering we did not know Sandra we were uncomfortable with it. When we began to feel she was too pushy and dishonest, about the market and pricing, she would not let us out of our agency agreement and neither would her broker Lee Ann Thomas. We finally got out of it, thank God. I would run from any business Lee Ann Thomas is affiliated with, including her other branch in Melbourne.
