Born and raised in Meigs County, I have a very special place in my heart for southeastern Ohio. I've lived in various areas around the US, but this one drew me back. There truly is no place like home. My family and friends are my world. I come from a very close family that loves to laugh, have fun and make memories together. I'm a huge animal lover, so my pets are my family, too. My parents taught me that hard work is the key in life, but they also taught me that all the hard work in the world isn't worth it if you don't enjoy what you do. For me, I love talking with and meeting new people. I love finding common ground and hearing your stories. Being a real estate agent was something I had thought about for a long time before actually taking the leap. I not only believed it would be a great fit for me, but my career also led me naturally to this decision. Having spent time in the banking business, I understand how to help you through all phases of your financing, or jump in when the inevitable problems arise. Years of property management put me in a position to navigate all the ins and outs of housing, codes, logistics, property prepping, negotiating, deadlines, contracting, inspections - in short, most of the things you'll encounter as a buyer or seller. And my extensive work in sales, including real estate sales, has directly prepared me to handle every step of your transaction. Since starting my career in real estate, I have made a point of building strong relationships with bankers, title companies, inspectors, utility companies, city and county officials and other involved in the complex process of getting from contract to sold. These connections translate into real benefits for you, because working effectively with these professionals is essential for successful deal flow.
