Sandra is AMAZING! Our first experience with her was when we wanted to see a condo that she had listed. Within an hour, Sandra contacted me through my preferred method of contact. During the time we connected and when we scheduled the showing, Sandra provided listings for four other properties in the same area, and scheduled appointments to see each one in order to maximize the time we were out in the area. When we met her face to face, Sandra was even more wonderful than she was over the phone. She immediately provided disclosures, references for a local lender, and explained what her role was and the buying process in detail. She was honest and up front with all information every step of the way. This created an immediate sense that she was trustworthy, in addition to being friendly. Sandra's knowledge and expertise of Frederick County is second to none. Sensing that we were having difficulty finding a property that we loved in our desired location, she suggested a neighboring area, knowing that highly ranked school districts and a safe town were at the top of our list. She then sent listings for that area, including the one that we ended up buying, which she sent within hours of it being posed as "for sale." Sandra was incredibly responsive. She literally was available 24/7 and always replied within an hour with either an email, text, or phone call. She answered every question that we asked with expertise and in a way that was easily understandable to a first-time home buyer. We viewed many properties with Sandra, and missed entering an offer on one by mere hours. Throughout the search for our home, Sandra reassured us that we would find the perfect home, and the one we ended up buying surpassed our wildest expectations! Sandra truly seemed to care about my family and me, and to hold paramount our best interests and what we wanted in a home. Sandra has been a pleasure to work with over the past 6 months while my wife and I have been looking for a home in the Frederick, MD area.
