My youngest client was a 19 year old and my eldest client turned 92 on closing day! I absolutely love what I do and the clients I work with. I want to know what drives them, what their goals are, what are their home needs, wants and dislikes when it comes to a home.

At closing, we were reviewing the documents to title and I noticed my buyer's birthdate, it was his birthday...His 92nd birthday! After closing, we drove to his new place as I wanted to hand him his keys and a little something extra. He went straight to the backyard and sat on the backyard porch swing the sellers left behind. I sat there and chatted with him for a while. I wanted to just be there with him as he soaked it all in. He giggled and said he wanted to share something with me. He said, "you know I'm a widow, my wife passed about a year ago and she was guiding me in spirit. My son-in-laws name is the name that gets us to this street...my middle name and my 1st grandson's name is Jake, which is the street I now live on...but the icing on the cake, my wife, her name is Sandra...I knew you were my realtor, the moment you introduced yourself. Everything alligned just as it was supposed to. This home was meant to be mine". It was such an endearing moment, he left an impression on my heart that I will forever treasure. Blessings are everywhere, if we just look for them.

When my husband and I purchased our first home, we had no idea what we were doing. We had a real estate agent that was not very helpful as she didn't listen to what we were wanting in a home. We also had no idea how to get financed. We had a lender that took advantage of us and charged us unnecessary fees for their financial gain (this was before it was closely regulated). I felt cheated. We ended up changing realtors and this other realtor listened to us, and guided us to where we wanted and needed to be. He was superb over the previous agent. It was after we closed on our home that I realized I was burnt out from my county job and wanted a life where I worked with people who would be excited about their new adventures and I am a people person, I love design, architecture, art, and studies human behavior. I knew that real estate was my calling.

I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Social Psychology. I also have extensive experience in interpersonal communication, mediation, ethics, negotiating skills, marketing, sales, client representation. Additionally, I have acquired over 450 hours of specialized real estate training, throughout the past 15 years.
