Real estate has been and always will be a great investment, regardless of the market, and it is satisfying work helping first-time buyers or seasoned investors with their real estate needs. I have bought and sold real estate for my personal needs and as investment properties, and understand the process from a buyer and seller perspective. I am a licensed Broker with Ashbrook Realty. I began my real estate career in 1996 working with a state certified appraiser, which gave me the tools necessary to understand and determine property market values. Since obtaining my real estate salesperson license in 2000 and my broker's license in 2012, I have closed millions of dollars in sales. I held the office of RPAC (Realtor Political Action Committee) Chairman for five years, served on the Multiple Listing Service board, and am a notary public for the State of Florida.I believe that serving in the community where you live and work is an important part of giving back. For five years I served on the Hardee County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors including serving as Secretary. I was actively involved with the Wauchula Woman's Club, Wauchula Garden Club, Main Street Wauchula, and was a volunteer reader for a first-grade classroom. Currently, I volunteer with VISTE, Volunteers in Service to the Elderly, and at the local junior high. I have been a Florida resident since 1995, having lived in Ohio, New York, Illinois and Montana. I was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio, and attended the University of Toledo majoring in Business Administration/Marketing.
