I have to admit, before working with Sam, I was more than a little skeptical of real estate agents in general. Turns out, you DO need a real estate agent, and the agent you need is unequivocally Sam Reece! He was an outstanding advocate throughout every part of the overwhelming process of purchasing our first home. He responded instantly to questions of any kind (at any hour). He possesses an intimate knowledge of both Jackson and Teton Valley, and genuinely wants to continue building a community of good people. I so appreciated his gentle and patient counsel throughout the initial offer, inspection, counter offer, and signing. He even surprised us with a significant house warming present, turning our house into a home! Sam is the best. I couldn't recommend him more highly. As a first time homebuyer, I didn't really know what I was getting myself into. Once I found the property I wanted, Sam knew exactly what to do at every step of the way. Yes, he held my hand through it. But the truth is, he was there for big parts and the small. He was key in negotiating the small details towards closing that could have cost me a little more. He was highly focused and communicable on all parts of the contract, dealing with the lender, and everything in between. Would highly recommend.

Sam Reece is not only professional and knowledgeable but is also a very good communicator. We met Sam years ago while spending the summer in Jackson Hole, expressed some interest at the time, but weren't ready to consider a purchase.
