If there were 10 stars I would give him "10". My experience with Sam Fugina @ Marlin Realty was amazing. I must commend him on his determination and passion for the business but mostly for his ability to effectively communicate. There was not a time when I asked/texted him questions where he did not provide a prompt response. He included me on emails to others within the process to ensure I had all the information I needed to make informed decisions about my property. He has a strong knowledge of the community and the real estate market and was able to help me complete a very lucrative deal. Samuel Fugina and his services have been excellent. We had contracts not go as planned and he was still there supporting my husband and myself. He stayed on top of updating contracts when they expired. He went and showed the properties to perspective buyers being that we are not in town property owners. He was in constant communication with us and when new updates arrived he was a phone call away. Sam holds a lot of knowledge about the real estate arena and what properties should be selling for. Sam is awesome, you cant go wrong by choosing him.
