I have worked with Buyers mostly. I have handled several lease transactions as well.
I spent almost a full year helping a client find the right property. We toured quite a number of properties, put in multiple offers and dealt with numerous obstacles along the way. After missing houses because of investors, withdrawing offers because of home inspection findings and just plain passing on less than desirable properties, we finally found their ideal home. Patience and perseverance paid off.
After touring multiple homes and eventually purchasing my home several years ago, I realized that I enjoyed the Real Estate process and decided at that time to pursue my license.
I was an Interrogator in the US Army and the skills I learned in my training have helped me become a skilled sales professional. My ability to deal with all personality types in just about any situation, allows me to guide my clients through the difficult processes involved in a Real Estate transaction. I have almost 30 years of industrial sales experience also. This gives me an edge when negotiating difficult deals.
