Describing Joseph (Joe) Obeid as absolutely amazing would actually be an understatement. Joe and his team are the type of folk to be there every step of the way in the process. He's communicative and always transparent. He's great at explaining every little detail. He's supportive in making sure we got exactly what we wanted, even when we didn't know what we wanted. He's detail oriented in how he views each part of the house and what may be missing. He's personable in how he's simply just a likeable guy. My wife and I went into buying a house with pretty little knowledge and Joe helped us find a home that we specifically wanted. He taught us all the ins and outs and was patient the whole time. I'm honestly quite joyful leaving a review knowing that he might be able to help some more folks find their dream homes! Bahar was extremely nice and easy to work with. She won over our trust and confidence immediately. She was very responsive and negotiated aggressively on our behalf throughout the process. She has a lot of local connections and we found our mortgage lender and contractor through her. We closed on an home in a little over a month of meeting her and starting to look.
