Armita did a phenomenal job helping us purchase our first home in the midst of a notoriously difficult real estate market, and despite some of the tricky criteria we were looking for. She is not only knowledgeable but also extremely helpful and responsive, and always advocated for us and our interests. She also supported us through a rather unlucky streak of events which plagued the buying process from start to finish, to the point it would not surprise me to think we may not have been able to close on time were it not for her continued efforts and coordination across all parties. We fully intend to keep Armita as our real estate agent should we ever look to sell or purchase a home in the furture, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the DMV area!

I wanted to take a moment to recognize one of your agents, Ishmail, for truly going above and beyond in helping me close on a condo in DC. Over the course of nearly three months, we navigated multiple HOA and loan-related challenges that made this transaction far from simple. Throughout it all, Ishmail never lost sight of the goal. As an agent myself, I can confidently say that its rare to come across someone with his level of dedication. Even while dealing with personal health matters and balancing other clients, he never wavered in his commitment to getting this deal across the finish line, even though it was a relatively small property.
