We were moving from out of state and Samara worked with us to ensure we got a home in a neighborhood that fit our needs. She took the time to listen to what we wanted in a property and provided many options for us to choose from. She worked with our schedule to show us houses on the couple of days we were in town to view potential homes in person. Her recommendations for home inspection and contractors used for minor repairs were excellent. If it wasnt for her extensive knowledge of the market for the areas we were looking we would not have gotten the house we wanted. The home buying process is complicated, then adding the additional stress of having to make the deal from out of state. Samara was able to communicate with us and we were always informed. She went above and beyond for us. We recommend her very highly, she has out performed other realtors weve used in the past greatly.
