Presentation and pricing are everything. I advise sellers to invest in professional photography, decluttering, and minor repairs. Pricing it right from day one attracts the most attention and can lead to multiple offers. I also go beyond just listing on the MLS. I do proactive outreach to find qualified buyers fast.

Before real estate, I spent 15 years as an auto body technician. While I took pride in that work, I knew deep down that real estate was where my true passion lay. I’ve been interested in homes, design, and the market since I was a teenager. Eventually, I decided it was time to stop putting that dream on hold and take the leap. Now, I get to do what I love every day—helping people through one of the most important decisions of their lives.
