Since her move to Reno in 2001, Samantha has cultivated a deep passion for real estate and development. Her notable achievements include co-listing The Palladio and serving as the Sales Manager at The Montage, where she successfully sold all 376 units within a span of four years. In addition to her high-rise specialization, Samantha also focuses on Midtown/Old Southwest, where she resides. Her commitment to urban development led her to co-own the West St. Wine Bar and become a member of the Regional Alliance for Downtown. My husband and I enjoyed working with Sam to buy our first home. We toured homes for six months, and throughout those, Sam provided practical, down-to-earth knowledge from her 20+ years in the Reno real estate market. She is a no-nonesense salesperson, and she would tell us when there were weird things about a listing. Sam operates with integrity and cares just as much about her clients finding a home they are happy with as she does about making a sale. Sam was patient and kind with all our questions and ultimately helped us find a home we are delighted with! Sam helped us navigate through two offers, the second of which was ultimately successful. She had thoughtful insights to share throughout the process that helped us a lot, including things we wouldnt have known to ask about, like radon; who knew? Beyond that, Sam made the process with all its ups and downs fun as she shared anecdotes about Reno neighborhoods and homes. She is clearly doing what she loves, and that comes through; I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house.

I can't imagine a better realtor for your journey in buying a house. She's 100% professional. She is personable, gets to know you and your preferences, and has an excellent memory. She is very knowledgeable about real estate in the area. Be prepared to be impressed: when you go visit houses with her, you will see that when she parks her car she never hits the curb or parks too far away from the curb.
