Mike allowed his seller to remain in the home we purchased for over 24 hours with no reimbursement for arrangements we had to buy to be able to have shelter with a toddler and an infant. He verbalized washing his hands of it once he was paid. He tried to talk us out of buying at one point because he knew he wouldnt get commission under the circumstances of our initial offer. He is purely financially driven with no compassion for people.
