Samantha Grove

I am a mom of 2, world traveler, dog whisperer, and equestrian. I am a teacher at heart and love helping my clients feel informed and confident through the process of buying or selling their property! I grew up in Spokane, Washington on 20 acres. My parents gave me a horse and said, "Be back by dinner!" so I spent more of my formative years on the back of a horse (learning, showing, hacking, wandering, dreaming...) than I did with my feet on the ground. I was lucky enough to travel from an early age, going to Argentina to see my dad's side of the family every few years, and my family traveled extensively throughout South America. I went to school to get my teaching degree and taught for several years as the Navy moved our family from Connecticut to Naples, Italy, to Hawaii. When I moved to Aiken her daughter was 6 and son was 14 months - they are now 24 and 19! I am fluent in Spanish, love to cook and travel, and know that the barn is about one of the most peaceful places on Earth! I began my real estate career in 2011, opened Fabulous Aiken Homes with Nicole Martinez in 2017 and now consistently close 30+ transactions/year.
