Sam is originally from upstate SC and moved to coast in 1996 to attend Coastal Carolina University, fell in love with a local and married and decided to stay here to raise their children.

After 22 years as an Educator and Assistant Principal in Horry County Schools,she transitioned to full-time real estate in 2022. Helping families navigate big decisions has always been her calling, whether that was in a school hallway or across a closing table.

Relationships are at the heart of how she does business. Buying or selling a home isn't just paperwork, it's a major life moment. Sam takes time to truly listen, understand your goals, and personally guide you from start to finish so you feel informed and confident every step of the way. No pressure, no rushing, and no treating you like a transaction.

Because of her background in education, she's especially passionate about helping families relocating to the area. Sam knows the schools, the programs, and the resources available for children, and always happy to offer insight that goes far beyond bedrooms and bathrooms. She also participated in the inaugural group for Horry County Schools Realtors Certification Program.

She is licensed in both South Carolina and North Carolina, serving buyers and sellers throughout the coastal Carolinas. She holds the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designations, ensuring strong advocacy whether you're buying, selling, or both.

Sam has been honored to be a part of the 2025 class of the local mls leadership academy, CCAR Leadership Academy, earn Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices 2024 Honor Society recognition in the top 17% of all BHHS and achieve 2025 BHHS Leading Edge award top 11% within BHHS.

She takes her work seriously, but doesn't necessarily take herself too seriously. She loves to laugh, enjoys making the process feel comfortable and even fun, and believes a little humor goes a long way during big decisions, especially during the chaotic moments that may pop up during the journey. While she keeps things light when it helps, she takes pride in not letting anyone outwork her.
