Samantha went above and beyond helping us find our, possibly forever, home. We were fresh back to the area as a military family in retirement, and the market was tumultuous. Sam stuck by our side, arranging showings at any house that appealed to us, and pointing out houses that might fit our criteria as they came up. There were many ups and downs, and Sam stayed positive through it all. We couldn't have done it without her, and that is not an exaggeration. We have a beautiful home, in a community of which we can be proud, and we couldn't be more thankful.

Sam made selling my home such a quick and easy process! She came to view the home months before listing and gave me some recommendations for sprucing up the place to make it more marketable. She checked in several times during my home updates to make sure everything was running smoothly and to see if I needed anything and was always quick to respond when I needed to reach out. I had a couple of delays which she was very understanding of and was happy to work on my timeline. Once the home was ready to list, she answered all my questions about the process, arranged professional photos which she was on site for, hosted an open house, several showings, and updated me quickly and thoroughly with all offers. She even created a spreadsheet with all offers so I could view them side by side to compare and contrast, and guided me in finding the best option. Sam was not only in touch with the buyer's agent and myself, but also the park association management company so everyone was always on the same page. With Sam's help, I was able to receive and accept an offer for $25k over my asking price within a week of listing! I am so grateful for her expertise and would highly recommend working with Sam for your real estate needs.

Samantha was awesome. She helped my mother find her retirement dreamhouse with care and respect. She drove all over looking at a variety of venues until mom felt like she found "the one." She is super sweet and dedicated to her job. Would highly recommend working with her.
