Mandy was our sellers agent, and we were impressed from beginning to end. Its a fluid market out there, but we felt Mandys guidance in pricing, staging and promoting helped us maximize our proceeds. Sam did a great job in helping us to sell our house. Based on his market research he presented us with a price range that he felt we could get for our house. We used that information, along with our own, to set the price. Sam then helped us with some ideas to stage the house for pictures and showings. He went through every room and also helped with the presentation of the outside of the house. He was very good at keeping us informed throughout the selling process. It was great to be able to use technology to help with the signing of documents so that we didn't have to spend time trying to meet up. Overall it was a great experience. Highly recommend!

Sam was instrumental in not only developing a strategy for both purchasing our new home, and also selling our existing home. My wife and I had actually made a successful offer on a new home, prior to listing our existing home, so the timing of the sale and coordination of closing was crucial. Sam was able to walk us through the nuances of submitting the successful offer, and the sale of our existing house. As part of the process, Sam was able to utilize his experience and network of ancillary services, such as lending agencies, insurance agents, home and roofing maintenance contractors, coordination with regulatory agencies and municipalities. At the end of the day, we were able to purchase our new home under listing price and sell our existing home significantly higher than our asking price.
