Natalie was amazing! I was so nervous when i first texted her about a house but she made me feel comfortable and responded right away. She made looking at houses fun and exciting, she kept my daughter busy while I looked around so I was able to actually get good looks of the houses. We looked at so many houses but she never gave up on me! We knew the right one would come along and when I finally found my house it was everything I wanted the same amount of rooms and big fenced in yard! She made sure to keep me updated on everything. Sadly she couldnt be there the day I closed but she was still keeping in contact with me and made sure I was taken care of!

Hi Beckett Im in KY so please keep in mind that laws are different in each state In KY sellers are expected to close any deficiencies that you are aware of since youve owned the home whether or not they have been remedied You never want to put yourself into a situation where you didnt disclose something and you end up in court later If you are aware disclose To answer the 2nd question in KY you are required to disclose since the moment the home became yours I hope this helps So much luck on selling your home
