Sam obtained his Michigan Realtor License in 2020 and has been with King Moves GR ever since. Building his business around compassion, accountability and integrity is how he strives to provide the best client experience. Having the teamwork and being able to learn from Keith and his years of experience has provided a solid roadmap for the future. Sam is very efficient due to his ability to listen and understand the wants and needs of his clients across Michigan. Being from the Lansing area but moving around Michigan his whole life helps him serve an expanded area with further reach. With relations in Northern, Central, East and West Michigan, Sam is ready to serve you! Sam was introduced to Real Estate at a young age from his Uncle in Charlevoix but the water called his name. Sam started his career in the marine industry in Bay Harbor, MI which then started his Yachting career as a deckhand, bosun then Captain. From Michigan to the Caribbean and everywhere in between, Sam lived aboard many different vessels during his 8 year career. Always wanting to settle down and grow his roots, he chose Grand Rapids and hasn't looked back! Sam met his now wife, Kaylynn soon after moving to Grand Rapids. Deciding to get his real estate license was very easy for him. Not only because of what his Uncle was able to show him growing up, but because now it was in the family. Keith and Sam are the Father-in-law/son-in-law combo you did not know you needed in your life, but now you do!
