My son and I listed our investment property of two homes on one lot with Sam. I had many questions about selling as is or cleaning the empty apartments out and or renting them. Sam gave very sound advice about cleaning up the properties as well as showing their income value by having them rented. That proved to be sound advice since it was what the new buyer was interested in. I asked Sam for help in making decisions about where to spend the money, ie, pest control, inspection, and more importantly, the wording of the listing itself. Sam gave me continued guidance, adding even the smallest improvements into the listing. Sam returned every phone call almost immediately and made himself available when I had questions. He also was always pleasant and upbeat and encouraged me not to get discouraged when it took a few months for the property to sell. I would highly recommend Sam as a realtor. He was very knowledgeable about the market, about how to list and word the property, the value of the updates I considered making, and if they would catch the eye of potential buyers, as well as always been encouraging.
