Sam did an outstanding job in selling our townhome in Livermore. While deciding whom to give our home to sell, we did talk to few agents. I am glad we talked to Sam. Sam took only 30 days from the day we gave him the key to closing including staging and open-house weekend. Sam helped us with purchasing our new house and selling our current home in Livermore.
