Sam Fakih's interest and passion for real estate began at a very young age. From watching his parents buy and sell homes to the experience he gained with his uncles who built spec houses in the 90's, Sam's life has been influenced by the world of real estate. One of his fondest memories as a kid is when his parents' Realtor put him in charge of opening the lockbox to see their new home. That lasting feeling of having a fresh start in a new home has shaped Sam's world as a Realtor and he aims to help clients experience this excitement every time. With over 21 years of experience and personal investment in real estate, Sam knows residential real estate inside and out. When not helping clients you can find Sam enjoying the beautiful San Diego beaches, hanging out with his close-knit family and friends, and following the NFL every season (one of Sam's bucket-list goals is to visit every NFL stadium in the country).
